Structure
Wall made of highly abrasion-resistant polyether polyurethane, available as a microbe- and hydrolysis-resistant version (wall thickness between the spirals approx. 0.4 mm), with a copper-plated spring steel spiral embedded into the wall. Supplied in compressed packing.

Characteristics
Very light and extremely flexible PU hose with good tensile strength, excellent abrasion resistance, and high elongation properties. Free from plasticizers, halogen-free, cadmium-free, and manufactured in accordance with FDA regulations. Resistant to hydrolysis and microbes, and environmentally friendly.
Complies with TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34/EU standards. When earthed at both ends of the spiral, it is suitable for non-flammable dusts and bulk solids in Zone 22, as well as gases and liquids with low electrostatic conductivity in Zone 2.
Applications
Ideal hoses for spinning mills, including applications in carding, draw frames, combers, blow rooms, ginning, spinning, compact spinning, waste collection, speed frames, ring frames, filters, bale pluckers, OHTC systems, dust collection systems, and humidification plants.
Widely used in the woodworking industry as dust collector hoses for edge banders, CNC routers and engravers, planers, sanders, and panel saws. Suitable for warm air conveyance, fine dust and light particle removal, exhaust of smoke and chemical fumes, and as bellow hoses. Also applicable in air pollution control machinery across cement, metal crushing, rubber, food, and pharmaceutical industries.
Recommended for flexographic, rotogravure, and offset printing machines, as well as packaging and plastic processing industries. Suitable for ceramic industries.
